06:00 – 06:30 AM Hotel pickup from your accommodation in Cusco.

Our journey begins with a comfortable tourist transportation heading northwest through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Along the way, admire picturesque villages, agricultural terraces, and breathtaking Andean scenery.

After approximately four hours, we reach Abra Málaga Pass (4,316 m / 14,160 ft), one of the highest points of the route, offering spectacular panoramic views of snow-capped mountains.

From there, descend into the lush cloud forest where the landscape dramatically changes from high mountains to tropical vegetation.

Around midday, arrive at Hydroelectric Station, where you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, begin the scenic walk along the railway tracks toward Aguas Calientes.

This easy hike takes approximately 2 hours (10 km) and offers beautiful views of the Urubamba River, waterfalls, orchids, and the surrounding cloud forest.

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes:

• Hotel check-in
• Free time to explore the village.

• Overnight at the selected hotel

DAY 2

Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Hydroelectric – Cusco

Wake up early to enjoy one of the highlights of your journey.

After breakfast, you may:

• Take the shuttle bus to Machu Picchu (optional),
• Hike up to the entrance (approximately 1.30).

Upon arrival, meet your professional English-Portugues speaking guide for a 2 to 2.5-hour guided tour through the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.

Discover fascinating archaeological sectors including:

• Main Plaza
• Temple of the Sun
• Sacred Rock
• Temple of the Three Windows
• Agricultural Terraces
• Water Fountains
• Temple of the Condor (depending on circuit availability)

Learn about the fascinating history, architecture, astronomy, and engineering achievements of the Inca civilization.

After the guided tour, enjoy free time to explore the site or take photos.

Later:

• Return to Aguas Calientes.
• Lunch (not included).
• Walk back to Hydroelectric Station (approximately 2 hours).
• Meet your transportation - 14.00 hidroeletric Station
• Return to Cusco.
